How can I sign the DPA for GDPR?
The recipient data is kept strictly confidential. Data protection has a high value for us in the company and is based on the German standards as well as the European requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.
In particular, the data is only accessible in your account. They will not share, sell or use for any other purpose.
In your account, you will find under profile > data protection the current contract for the data processing agreement (according to Art. 28ff. EU DSGVO).
According to the specifications of the GDPR, completing the data processing agreement electronically is sufficient.
Please open the digital input mask and fill it out. You will then receive a preview of the contract in which you can check the accuracy of your entries. You can then confirm them and conclude the contract legally binding.
You can also save the current order processing contract (pursuant to Art. 28ff. DSGVO) as a PDF at the end.
In addition, you will find a supplement to your own privacy policy under Profile >data protection. You can optionally insert this text there to adapt the privacy policy of your website to our software.
