How Do I Change My Payment Method?

We offer different payment methods like PayPal, credit card or direct debit when booking prepaid credits or a plan.

You can choose your payment method during your first booking.

You can change or delete the payment method at any time under the main drop-down menu, which is at the top right of your screen. Navigate to Account > Billing.

If you have an active plan and remove the payment method, an invoice will still be generated, but new credits won’t be activated. Your credits will be activated once you select a new payment method and we received your payment.
