How Do I Top Up My Account and What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

There are two types of credits you can purchase from Newsletter2Go, and you can also mix and match them. You can read more about the differences between prepaid and plan credits here.

If you use our prepaid credits, you’re not tied to a mandatory contract period, and you don’t have to pay a subscription fee. You are only charged for the number of emails you send and the type of the plan they’re in.

You can view and manage your credit balance at any time from the main drop-down menu, which is at the top right of your screen. From here navigate to Account > Current Plan. Book credits in your plan of choice to top up.

You can also check your current balance and add prepaid credits directly on your dashboard. 

We accept PayPal, credit card and SEPA direct debit as payment methods.

Your credits will be available in your account as soon as we receive your payment. If you pay with PayPal, the credits will be available immediately.

You can also pay through a direct bank transfer. If you need your credits the same day you can send us electronic proof of payment via email or fax to support@newsletter2go.com. Your credits will be available immediately.
